When you create an account or book a shipment, we collect: your name, email, phone, delivery addresses, shipment contents (as declared by you), and payment reference. Our servers also log IP address and timestamps for security purposes.
2. How we use it
We use your data to (a) operate our shipping service, (b) communicate shipment status, (c) send invoices and handle billing, (d) investigate incidents, and (e) improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Who we share it with
Operational partners: drivers (name + delivery address only), payment providers, email provider, cloud hosting. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.
4. Retention
Shipment records are kept for 7 years per local tax and audit law. Account data is kept until you request deletion.
5. Your rights
