1. Service definition
TrackCore Logistics operates a parcel and freight delivery service. You (the "Customer") may use our service to ship permitted goods via our fleet.
2. Permitted goods
We do not accept: hazardous or dangerous materials, firearms or ammunition, illegal substances, live animals, human remains, perishables without arrangement, or anything prohibited under United States federal and California state law.
3. Customer responsibilities
You must declare shipment contents accurately, pack items adequately, and provide a correct delivery address and recipient contact. You are responsible for ensuring the recipient is available to accept delivery.
4. Delivery times
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees (except for the Express Overnight service, which includes a refund-on-miss policy). Delays due to weather, road closures, force majeure, customs, or incorrect addresses are not grounds for refund.
5. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment, capped at $25,000 per parcel unless additional insurance is purchased.
6. Payment
Payment is due before dispatch unless you have an approved credit account. Unpaid shipments will not be released. Late fees apply to overdue accounts.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, fraud, or non-payment. You may close your account at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
